By downloading, installing, or using the Smoov mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at info@smoovit.live to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Any disputes not resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under their Consumer Arbitration Rules.
